A little background on our Agency  

        My name is Joann Lower.....I'd like to tell you a little about our Insurance and Real Estate Agencies.  My husband Gene & I have been in the insurance & real estate business for around 30+ years.  We bought our first Agency in Moweaqua, Illinois from Kenneth Cutler.  We had our office in the mall for a couple of years until we built our home and then moved the business to our home.  The office was in our home for 34 years.  We moved our office to our new location July 4, 2005 weekend.  Our Moweaqua Office is located at 102 E. Main, Moweaqua, Illinois.  We consolidated our Pana Insurance and Real Estate business with our new Moweaqua, IL location on September 1, 2005.  The Pana Insurance & Real Estate business was owned and operated by Gene's father, Merlyn E. Lower, for many years along with Gene's mother, Lola L. Lower.  We took over that business in 1997.   When you are in Pana, you are in Panther territory!  The Pana school system is great, and they have built a new high school.     

        We  take pride in the fact that we try to give excellent, honest service to our clients and to us that is what the insurance and real estate business is all about! We really appreciate all of our clients doing business with us.

        Gene & I moved to Moweaqua in 1969.  It is a wonderful place to live and raise children.  We have an excellent school system with the consolidation of Assumption and Moweaqua schools now known as Central A&M.  When you are in Moweaqua or Assumption, you are in Raider territory!  Moweaqua is a growing community and has many fine businesses.  If you are in or close to  Moweaqua......stop by and say hi!  Check us out!
